Randall I am sorry to say that the human body is not equipped to renew its cells for 700 years. Aging is basically the inability of the cells to renew themselves. This can happen many times and probably does. The only thing that I can think of, as a way to get help, is to call 911 and tell them it is an emergency. Explain the situation but do not mention the green card. The first thing one should think of when an 84 year old man is passing clots, is whether he is taking a daily dose of aspirin to avoid having a stroke or heart attack.
