Thanks Dr Shweta for the wonderful factoid.I took two boiled sweet potatoes at around 1100am.Wanted to more.But the worry that it would affect my diabetes prevented me to take another piece.Are you sure it does not endanger diabetes patient?Have you research findings in support of this statement?May I take as much sweet potato as I like?
